Workshop Abstract
The business landscape is constantly evolving and with change comes greater complexity and challenge. Faced with tighter regulation, increased globalisation and more geographically diverse operations, companies need a blueprint for effective, efficient and flexible policy management. To adapt and excel, organisations must integrate policy management within both strategy and operations, based on an integrated policy management architecture.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be armed with a roadmap for effective policy management strategies in a dynamic business environment. Learnings will include policy management strategies that can be rolled out across business and operational areas, together with department-based policy initiatives. The workshop combines lectures, collaboration with peers and workshop tasks.
